Okay, so I drew the outline in PaintBBS, but anyway, I coloured it in Paint Shop Pro 8. 'Cause PSp rocks, and I can't colour in Oekaki anyway. I was inspired to draw this when someone asked for fanart at the TNO forums. ^__^; Yaaay fanart!
